Solar panels which type?

I've been using flexi for years no problem reason kids throwing stones,however bought GBSOL 70w. & it failed after year guy with camper had 2 & they both failed he got replacements I did'nt, thet's what happens when you buy British replacing with Chinese,sad.RIEAA

Has anybody got any experience with mounting domestic 250w units on boats, I know many will not have room, but a hard bimini would take several?

Not the crummy Spectralite ones from Marlec. Disintegrated just outside the 2 year warranty.
