Small Craft Import From USA - HELP

I have seen a Seafox 27 advertised in the states at a fair price and am considering purchase for re sale in the UK. I have heard on the grapevine that I will require an 'EU Smallcraft Registration Certificate' before I am able to sell it on in the UK can anyone tell me what this is and where I can get one from. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
