I think the oil you are looking for is described as a 'low detergent' or 'no detergent'. A search for these terms will find some suppliers.
Not sure how you gleaned that from the OP,.......................
Not sure how you gleaned that from the OP, but 'no detergent' oils are available from the 'classic vehicle' trade.
It's a danger in using the term 'straight', some people use it for monograde, some for detergent-free.
But it is a detergentless monograde?Wilkos carry an SAE30 monograde for classic cars.

Oil without detergent is sometimes recommended for engines without full-flow oil filters.
You can get it in multigrade....
People are flogging 'pressure washer oil' on ebay, but for about £20 a litre!
I wonder if any gear oil would be suitable?
...I would use an 80W GL4 gear oil. If that a bad idea I expect Vyv will explain why...
Google tells me that oil to this specification is available from Toolstation, Machine Mart, Ebay and many other outlets, specifically marketed for pressure washers, pumps and compressors.
VicS, yes I agree, 80W GL4 looks right. However, Googling various searches on this topic I see some warnings, e.g. 'not suitable for Karcher'. No idea why but probably best to stick with what the manual says.
Maybe metals or alloys not compatible with the additives in EP gear oils although AFAIK problems ( with yellow metals) only exist at raised temperatures.
