Royal \'YACHTING\' Association

As many of you know I am currently obtaining my yacht masters over at the UKSA in Cowes. Those of you who have taken any RYA exam will have noticed one thing that I don't understand....... is it a test in your speaking english or your ability to navigate? Also isn't it about time the Motoryachts had there own exams?

Agree entirely and would add that they should have their own piece of water - They say South Georgia can be pleasant.

AH but we don't have the fuel/range to get there. How about we have the bits within our range and leave the other 99/100ths for you raggies?
