I've got a mate doing it on a First 47 so keeping an eye on him.
Looking on Windy the weather looks ideal, bit of a lively start but then great sailing.
I'd take it over the light airs misery that I got in 2020.

They should likely pass on the horizon south of my house on St.Kitts in around 5-6 hours.

This will be around sunset. 😟

Multi hulls may pass by earlier. [Edit : the leading two already have ]

Two multi hulls should be rounding the South of Nevis and be visible shortly - provided it was a little less hazy. 😫

Persons on the South side of News should have a great view of Masarati Multihull 70 and Zoulou.

With Zoulou having a +/-2 nm lead.

Crazy isn't it...

It was difficult to know what to think in the Fastnet race... As we were passing Plymouth on the way towards the Fastnet rock each time, the finishing trimarans were already finishing in Plymouth.

It was surreal seeing them finish in the knowledge that we still had two trips across the Irish Sea ahead of us... yet we still had a chance to beat the fast boats on handicap!

We tried to tell ourselves that we had more value for money in the race (more nights at sea) and could enjoy a roast dinner, freshly made sorbet and a rum as we rounded the rock.
