We were at the start. Great to watch. Been tracking them. Incredible that the MOD70s can sail for 600nm and finish withing a few feet of each other. A friend skippers and owns TAZ. The only boat to have done all Caribbean 600s. I raced on it a couple of times but I really wouldn't fancy the 600 on a 37ft race dinghy

EH01 is one the pack at Guadeloupe with about 15 yachts behind.

What is interesting is that there are 2 trimarans and 3 catamarans still to finish, and several mono hulls have already finished.

Find it difficult to comprehend how the Formula 40 trimaran ‘Spirit’ has just rounded the last mark and still has 20 plus miles to go and has been beaten by numerous monohulls.

Were his holding tanks, water tanks, fuel tanks fully topped off and had his full sail complement aboard all weighing him down?

Shame for the last 3 boats to miss the post race party.
The before and after parties were the highlight of the event for me, especially the before one with the free bar.
