Can anyone give me any feed back, goos or bad on rope cutters they've fitted? I've been looking at all the alternatives and the new QuicKutter™ looks interesting, but wanted to get some opinions on the older models that are available, although they are a little more expensive? any comments, advise? The QuicKutter can be found using google...
Thanks

I think you will find a broad opinion from this forum in favour of the Stripper (amongst others). I've had one on my last two boats and found them excellent.

I fitted a prop protector a few seasons ago to save money, as I thought, but got rid of it. At the end of a couple of seasons it was too blunt to cut bread. It is still in the garage somewhere. I changed it for a stripper which remains sharp. A bit too sharp when I dismantle it at the end of each season.
