Rome overwintering options?

Maybe a bit early but will be going back to boat in Cagliari in a month and thinking of Rome for overwintering. There's a goodly bit from 13 or more years ago here about locations but what is the current thinking?

Ok this is from this year , there a yard up the canal it does some very good rates , train ride from Rome , we took our friend there this year and there got three month mooring June/July/Aug for under €500 .

It's the second or third yard as you go under the second bridge . They can haul out there too . .
If I come across his card I post it . But can't find it at the moment .

Is that max’s Yard? +1 if so . We paid 200 euro per month in high season. No facilities but there is Shore power but I *think* not potable water. 2 bridges into canal and a short walk to Fiumicino. I will look it up if that’s the one
