Question re Navionics on Iphone

Hi Folks - I have Navionics on my iphone. The areas that dry out at MLWS are displayed as green, with no depths displayed in these areas. My boat has a shallow draft (lifting keel) and obviously it would be useful to know the various depths of these areas so that I can use them more during high tides.

Is this normal for Navionics app on iphone or is there some way of displaying the 'minus' depths as well?

Get the Navionics+ plus upgrade. You can then show drying heights on the iPhone

Have you actually downloaded the charts for the area you are looking at? Sounds to me like you have installed the app, and it is using the base charts that dont show detail. Go to Menu Download Maps then choose the area you want (do a small area first to prove the theory and if right, then do all of the area you have paid for).

Yep, was this - many thanks. I actually stumbled on it when I noticed a button on screen that I hadn't noticed before. Many thanks to all, got there in the end.

Yes
