Question - New boat, what are these items?

Hi,
Just bought a new boat and want to check a few things.
I am guessing #2 is GPS antennae (looks like chartplotter was removed prior to sale), not sure about #1 (part of TV aerial?) or #3 which I have seen on quite a few boats originating from Finland almost looks like a licence plate holder.
Hope someone can shed some light on this.

There is a coax from under #1 hence why i thought something TV related but it doesn't look complete, like something should slot onto the spike.

Depending on how accessible they are number 1 might be a mount for an Aqua Signal Bremen searchlight (or similar).
2 is definitely a GPS aerial.

Number 1, if it has a coax connection, could be for a satellite phone aerial as this looks similar Iridium Fixed Mast Antenna Antcom with stainless mount bracket S53IR16RR-P-XTB-1 Color: White
