So survey negotiations are all complete. Seller completing some remedial works, not quite as much as I had hoped but life is all about compromise and overall I’m happy with the final negotiation. We will complete end of February.

A list of works that I want done before we truck her to her new berth has been given to the broker to get priced up. List includes, new carpets, anchor/engine/aft deck cameras, engine monitoring upgrade, new blinds, new mirrors, gel repairs, teak deck renovation, extra power sockets, USB C outlets, engines/ genny/IPS/platform/sunroof/AC/eber full services, anti foul & new LED Aft Sign.

Also need to swap the salt water anodes to Magnesium for fresh water use. How does someone select these? Any recommendations on a good quality provider that can quote me based on the model of the boat?
