Thats the carpet now ordered (Jacaranda Carpets Rampur Pearl) and the fitter is going to fit in two weeks time.
New fenders (8), with spliced fender lines and new mooring ropes ordered and out for delivery this week.

Once these last bits are done, I'm going to slow down and start enjoying the boat. The problem with all this is that more work keeps getting added to the list and you get a point of burning out!

I found Jacaranda incredibly hardwearing, as well as being ultra luxury. I had white on a staircase and it was fine even after 10 years. You would want it to be good given the £130++/sq metre price tag (iirc), but it is.

Looks excellent. Who is the fitter? I need some new carpet fitted on my boat on the loch and have struggled to find a local fitter who will do a small boat job.

I mentioned previously that the cockpit table was varnished, my preference is teak oil. Had to resend the table with an orbital sander and oil it this weekend. M delighted with the finish. Used International Teak Oil and it fairly seeped in! Used nearly half bottle!!

So happy with the boat, really coming together now.
