Princess 35, diesel conversion

Any one done a conversion of a 35 with V8 petrols + Outdrives to diesel using GM's.Info on water intakes and exhausts required.

Have a word with Lancing Marine in Hove, pretty useful bunch. I looked at doing the same with a boat on the thames. Decided not to and bought with AD41's already installed, not a 35 i must add, there better with at least 2x250hp IMHO.
