If not charging ....... power is not so big a problem.

I run my pc for hours while away on boat and find the short period of engine running enough to put back what is used .... I have no worries about a 4 day trip or more with my 80A/hr + 110A/hr batterys + engine charging.

Maplins Energy Knight

I use on : Acer, Maxdata, IBM Thinkpad, HP, Twinhead, and never had problem ..... the Maxdata is 19V and IBM 16V ... I even forgot to change the voltage key .... made not a scrap of difference ... it was the 19V one left in ... charged all whichever was connected .....
Now Maplins have other makes and I hear are just as good ...
