Notwithstanding all the discussion about gaff, gunter rig etc. there is no doubt that Cappriccio is very picturesque and I'm grateful that other people sail such boats so I can enjoy the view.
I used to sail on a large gaff ketch, 3 headsails. jackyard topsails on main and mizen, mizen staysail and squaresail for downwind when skipper was feeling sadistic. Even with a large crew there was always something to trim, never got bored.
