You say nothing about the sizes of the tanks. How does waste get from the master bathroom to the waste tank? Several previous questions unanswered.

It has to be pumped, obviously. The waste tanks are 'under the main deck'. Heaven knows what happens when there is a leak; it doesn't bear thinking about.

Thrifty, it would be ever so much easier and cheaper in the long run (not to mention less stressful) if you just telephone the nice people at Oyster Yachts and ask them to build you an Oyster 1225, rather than you trying to copy it.
Oyster 1225 120 Foot Sailing Yacht | Sailing Superyacht | Oyster Yachts

They have a much nicer / more sensible / useful accommodation layout as well.
Although I am sure that they could convert a cabin into your Meditation room very easily.

PS - Just wondering - are you connected in any way to a Kiwi bloke called Capital One who was posting on the Mobo Forum a while back re an offshore stand-by vessel (or something like that) that he is converting into a yacht?

Ahem. Capital One a) actually owns the boat in question, b) is having the conversion done and c) knows a bit about boats. Arek, on the other hand.....

I'm seeing more of a parallel with s/v Oddity.

Before worrying too much about the design, learing to spell basic words like "Jet Ski" might be an idea if you want to get good marks on whatever school project this is.

Anyone who can spell jetski and his Russian friends wrong has my approval.

Standard yacht pluming...electronics... Can you please recap the questions...
1. What "standard yacht pluming (sic)" will you use to move waste (solid and liquid) around 40m from the master bathroom to the waste tank in the bow? What happens if (when!) pipes leak?
2. What's your budget?
3. Hull material?
4. Masts - number and heights?
5. Keel design?
6. Anchoring arrangements?
7. Stairs? How do you get from the deck to the spaces below deck?
8. How do you keep water in the bath when the boat heels?
9. What about a side-on view?
10. Windows only in the stores and engine room?
11. Relative positions of mast foot and engine?
12. When standing at the wheel, where are your feet in relation to the navigation room and master bathroom?
13. Sizes of tanks?
14. ...
