I am the proud owner of a Crescent Marin 5hp two stroke outboard .Can anyone tell me who made these engines and are spare parts still available?

Volvo
Made by Volvo Penta in the 70s. After yours was made they were rebranded Volvo Penta. At another time they were branded Archimedes Penta. Ther range went out of production in late 1970s, parts almost non existent now I guess

Is it a single cylinder and air cooled? If so it's probably the same as the VP51.
Had one, a bit temperamental, stopped using it in 1985, and gave it away two weeks ago.
