Oh Dear, Sun's Going

Re: Oh Dear, Sun\'s Going

Oz east coast, around 28*c most of the day but overcast with a few showers, not that orrible freezin cold and wet stuff you get, just cool and refreshing.

A nice break after some major floods and bush fires in recent months.

Avagoodweekend......

It's been absolutely gorgeous here for the last two days:

Very lazy sail over to Moelfre on Sat,

Where we got to chase the dolphins and porpoises around for a bit,

before anchoring a bit too close to some other people and having a spot of supper and a drink. Motored back to Conwy in the dark, and now have a long list of un-lit buoys to pass to HM. Only panic was turning into the wrong aisle in the Tesco's car park (OOPS! Marina) 'cos I couldn't make out the letters or colours on the piles in the dark /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

And lovely at Porth Dinllaen today (bucket & spade, not rag & stick, though)

Unfortunately several hundred people had had the same idea.

For a Bank Holiday weekend, I really can't complain. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Re: Oh Dear, Sun\'s Going

West coast of Oz has been unseasonaly hot all week leading up to and through easter. ie 33 to 35 max but today last day of easter down to 28 with possible showers. I have been swimming under the boat every day and nearly sanded all the a/f off in readiness for pull out for winter. Last summer season race next weekend.
However at this time of the year cooler weather will descend on us rapidly as with summer in UK it will come with a rush. Well I hope for a good summer for my UK friends. olewill
