As I have been banned from boating activities for Christmas, was thinking about Cowes YH. Subject to weather of course, otherwise just stay on the mooring.

If we do make it please call round for a beer and some mince pies.

Am thinking of a short New Year day cruise to Cowies/Folly for lunch but very weather dependant as crew that day will need it calm.

We're booked in at the Yacht Haven for New Years Eve. Just hope I can get a weather window to move the boat from Poole to the Solent before then so it leaves just a short hop across to Cowes.

Going to spend News Eve in East Cowes Marina at the The Lifeboat Inn not to busy but a great atmosphere.

Not generally, although many do now have door staff who control numbers and turn people away if the place gets too full but in Cowes especially people move around from place to place.
