Temporary summer mooring in Cornwall / Devon. Any suggestions?

We are planning to bring the boat, 28ft 1.5 fin draft down from the Solent next summer for 2/3 months.

Looking for cost effective mooring solutions between Plymouth and Exmouth. Ideally, near a station but not essential.

Any ideas who can accomodate us for half a summer? Happy to row!
