Does anyone know of a cheap/free way of converting scanned images into a PDF?

What you need it Acrobat (the proper job, not the reader). Have you got many to do?

Do a Google on CutePDF printer - there is a free version and is available on many sites so will not give you a link.

Installing it puts a "printer" on your system called CutePDF which creates a pdf file instead of a paper output. What you do is get your scanned image up in whatever application you use to look at your images and "print" it - when you have the normal option of selecting the printer you will see that you now have a new "printer" installed called CutePDF. Select that "printer" and it will create a pdf file and give it the name and save it to the folder that it prompts you for.

Obviously it does anything that you can send to a printer eg Word docs, spreadsheets, what have you. For example, if you have a Word document with nice words and coloured pictures in it, you can "print" that to a pdf file no problem at all.

It is genuine Free still.

I agree with you go to kazaa and download from there with serial number.

No tthat id do anything like that.
