... has just tricked me into eating duck. He made casoulet (sp) with duck instead of the usual lamb and I ate it. Bastard !!

Did you want some duck recipes', I've got a few of them, but the best ducks are the ones you hand feed first, then they don't know what's happening when you grab em! and neck em!

Duck can be a bit slimey sometimes -

Think they need pulling out occasionally and having their bottoms scrubbed, either that or anti fouled !!!!!
