There is another on Aegina that is cheaper than those quoted, contact me if needing a better price.
You know the boat details. Give me your best price. I want 6 month ashore 1 Oct onwards, obviously has to include lift out, lift in, jet wash and cradle / props. Also is elec & water included. If not how much. Does the boatyard (I assume it's a boat yard) have shower and toilet facilities and can you undertake your own work and liveaboard.
I'm not of course disbelieving any of these prices but I am sort of shocked (& disappointed) by how expensive the Med is..
I guess compared to the UK, they're not so bad.??
For me this is long way off (approximately 7 years) but we will take a sabbatical of 2 years, wife wants the Med, I want an Atlantic circuit. I guess naively I thought it'd be less money than reality actually is...
This is a special price via me with my discount
Here the quotation from our Boat Yard.
Lift and launch € 400.=
6 Months hard stand @ € 130.= € 780.=

Liveaboards get their own dedicated power supply cable with an inserted electric meter for electricity consumption. One kilowatt/hour at cost price € 0,16 per KWh, included all taxes.
Liveaboards pay € 10.= per month for the use of toilets and showers. This is for 2 people per yacht.
No expenses extra for cradle or stilts.
Electricity and water for normal required maintenance work are included.
Owner can work on his own yacht.
Outside contractors may work on the yacht without any surcharge of the yard.
Male and female toilet/shower facilities are in a new ISObox unit and are clean.
I hope this suits you

A lot depend on how long your season is , our mooring fee for last winter was 650 Euros for just under three months that inc water and ele in Lefkas , although from this year water and ele will be extra .I'm not of course disbelieving any of these prices but I am sort of shocked (& disappointed) by how expensive the Med is..

The only time we use marinas in the Med is during the winter. The rest of the time we anchor off or use town quays which either charge nothing or next to nothing. So the Med is cheap enough to make sense......
From conversations with several ranking PP I fear this might be about to change. All of them are unanimous about the PP giving up their role of collecting port dues - which role will be taken up by "others". Certainly in Crete (which usually appears to be ahead of ather areas in most reorganisations) that appears to be the case (I can only vouch for Heraklion, Rethymno and Chania).
I expect that dues will go up - inferred by many of my informants. Of course there are still lots of anchorages which will probably remain free.
