It seems that the sheer number of posts made by individual members is yet again shown to be no guarantee of the quality of contribution.
I'm not referring to Kukri who posted the original pleasant snaps or to any of the other contributors who properly read the tone of the original piece and followed with similar ,often atmospheric shots.

I know it's the current trend to criticise and judge nearly everything
that humans do. Just a nice happy thread with contributors showing their
snaps.

I think you have set a new benchmark. Well done on that.

This one does not belong here, but I think it is a nice snap, so I put it here for comments. You are looking up Hong Kong harbour with Kowloon on the left, Green Island in the centre, with Kennedy Town behind it, Hong Kong Island centre right and the Yang Ming boxboat is leaving the Lamma Channel and heading towards the container berths out of shot to the left. In the old days she would have picked up her pilot at this point.8DDC349F-C643-449B-96BF-6B4081CBFEE8.jpeg

It was taken a couple of hours ago by a friend in Hong Kong. I like the way in which Green Island has been framed by the newish tower blocks in Kennedy Town.
