Does anyone know what happened to I.Y.E. Were they taken over or did they go
bust?. I have some I.Y.E. track on my boat and want a new traveller for it.
Will I have to replace with current producers equipment or can bits still be obtained?
Thanks.

I think they went bust. I have a Dart cat and all the hardware is IYE including the traveller but direct replacements are available through the Laser Centre. I recently bought replacement nylon wheels for the traveller from them. That either means that the range was absorbed into one of the current manufacturers eg. Barton, RWO, Holt etc or Laser are making their own replacements. I suggest that you ask them. I dont have their number but they have recently moved to Northampton.

Do a search on all forums for "IYE". Some one said they phoned them and was put on to their distributor and gave a phone number.
