I have had my boat insured for the last year via CETA. I received a email asking me to click and renew at a small extra premium. I was just about to do so and decided to be cautious and go online to look at the policy detail again. It was not available so I had to chase up via telephone a number of times.
On eventually reading the policy it was a different underwriter and they made a major change - boat had to be on the hard November to March. If I had just renewed the insurance my boat would not have been covered and I would have not been aware. Not impressed that it was not highlighted.
