Hair cut just go in for one of those modelling days and hae it done for free.

Waterproofs ....takes some biun liners and some double sided sticky tape and do a blue peter job

and a boat well hmmm thats not an easy one.

Use a cheap DIY hair colour kit.
Go to a posh salon for a bleach, stash the water proof cape in your hand bag.
Your hair will go bright green and you can sue the salon, spending compo on a new boat.

Sorry just noticed the word legal, bad idea anyway, green unlucky at sea.
