The Forum does have a Search Feature , you may well find other posts and queries about this very problem with versions of the raw water cooled V6.
Volvo 4.3 V6 AQ205A, Water in oil issue.

Good news & bad news.
The exhaust manifolds are OK, but both Riser have had it.
Had to cut the rubber joining pices, they were stuck like.......... not allowed to say, but they had a good grip on em.
Plan to replace these, run the engine to get up to temp, to evaporate the residual water in the oil. then new oil & filter.
Then Happy Days.
