Hanse 301/300

Anyone got or sailed a Hanse 301/300 ? What do you think ? What are the pros and cons ? I understand it is an older design, but I also understand it sails well.

Very good boat to sail, basic in accomodation not many extras and not much storage space but good value overall. Last year I was offered a new one on the water for £31,000. Look a little old in the cream colour but the new 300 is a little brighter. Not such a fast seller used so don't pay too much.
