We had a Feeling 720, hull & rigg almost identical to the First. SAiled everything up to F7+ w/o any problem - jave gone down to third reef and almost totally furled in genoa. Never had use (and never had) a stormsail.
Main issue for us was that the OB in a well did not allow for use of engine in rough weather, we had to sail anyway ! Makes you plan very carefully ;-)
Very fast bean reach and broad reaching even cross channel with a good sea - she was very light meaning hard work, but at the same time cut well into the waves because of the angled bow. Downside: required a frim hand on the tiller occasionally.
For its size and weight I found it a solid boat for fair and rough weather.
