DuraEngines legit?

From their homepage it seems that they are selling well known engines, Duraengines only being the name of their company.

So unless they do the marinizing themselves, the products should be same as sold elsewhere.

As for compliance to regulations and legislation in the region you want to use it, a bit of digging is needed. Some of the models listed are no longer marketed in other markets. Inveronmental requirements, maybe?

I also think there could be other problems such as Mr Finning not being happy selling spare parts for a Cat that was shipped in from Indonesia. Mind you the price seems to unusually competitive for an engine that was marinised in Holland and then shipped to Indonesia. Is it possible Vetus are marinised elsewhere?

Difficult to find a review on line but thiz matter was discussed in Cruisersforum
