There are four scrubbing grids and two high pressure pumps to careen your boat, at a cost of £10 for the grid per tide, and a couple of quid for the pumps, which taken tokens - behind the bar at Hardway Sailing club.
To be safe you should have a 4.2 M tide or better

There is a tide gauge on the posts by the HSC grid so you can see how much water there is to enable you to get on. It is marked in feet (don't ask why!) There is also a grid administered by Hardway marine. He also has a pressure washer for hire. You will get on the Hardway marine grid when you cannot get on the sailing club one.

But 1.9m will be very tight at Hadway Marine. I know because we draw 1.8m and we could only get on at springs. The downstream pile has most depth and is the one to use if you do use them.
If you can, I would use the HSC berths, they are much cleaner than the muddy Hardway piles and you can get ashore easily while waiting hours for the tide to drop.
