Denmark Delivery

Hi All,

Just sold 60ft yacht to a danish chap and he wants me to come along on the delivery any body know of any regulations that the danish might impose on me in there waters .

It occurs to me that if I were you, I'd just make sure that he had insured the boat and make it clear that you were simply crew.

Unless the boat was built before 1980 she will need a holding tank whan the new owner registers? her in Denmark.

Hi,

We imported a ex Hanse demo boat from Germany into Denmark over the summer and as far as I know there were no special requirements other than the usual VAT receipt.

I don't know about the holding tank rule, but the boat does have a tank I believe.
