Does anyone have any advice on how I would go about becoming crew for people or companies delivering boats. Have a bit of experience with my own boat but no qualifications. Because of the unusual shifts I do I have a lot of spare time on weekdays so would like to find something to fill that time.

Cheers Gavin

I would say get some qualifications. The UKSA do a very good course for Motoryacht Skippers but it really depends how far you want to go. As a qualified captain on a 145 ft Superyacht you can earn 150,000 a year, as a deck hand doing a delivery between 100 and 200 pounds a day although some people pay by the mile.
You may get away with just a Commercial yacht masters for deliveries
