I guess your right OH, the advert photos aren't particularly flattering. Good to hear it actually does have a lifting keel / plate - I didn't see a reference to that on the COA site (will read again sometime). All in all a nice looking craft, someones certainly put a lot of work into it.

Bit pricey maybe, but with a decent set of sails, a nice seagull on the back then off you go.

A classic - Yes, thats my final vote.
 
Interesting the broker didnt spot the lifting keel either /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Or does it not have one? The sail number list has three of the originals, all listed with lifting keels, and this looks to be the same.

Oh, and - a 'nice Seagull'? Thats a bit of an oxymoron, ennit?
