Hello CaptainBob

Didn't I buy some LED bulbs off you on eBay a while back? If so they are my Christamas decs this year!

Here in Turkey it is a little disappointing for our Swiss friends. The Turks have banned them from putting up Christmas decorations on the grounds that the Swiss have banned muslims from putting up minarets in Switzerland. Personally I don't see the point.

Point, get it, minaret, point, pointy minaret, oh I give up my sense of humour is wasted on this forum!

I don't think that was me - don't recall every selling any LED bulbs on ebay :(

LOL at minaret joke explanation ;)

Our first Christmas aboard

Ah, nice to see such a heart-warming piccy to cheer us up on a grizzly day like today. I have responded in kind with a picture from our first christmas aboard, when we arrived in Montenegro in 2007. Sadly, the gorgeous dog that I'm holding, John, was poisoned and died back in February but we are now back up to a crew of 4 and are still in Montenegro.

Good luck to you both; our dogs say woof to Lunar and we'll be keeping up with your blog.

Katie

Sorry your right, it wasn't you, just someone using the same avatar with a captain in their name. Common as muck these captains sitting at the chart table pictures!

So sorry you lost your dog, and in such a horrid way! I'd be deastated if anything happened to Lunar! Thank you for your picture and blog attention - will have a look at yours...
