I am planing sail to Canary Islands with my 35ft sailboat and stay longer in area... in fact trying livaboard there
I am hear that you must pay every ancorage in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas areas? Are this really true??

Just re-reading some of these threads and it would seem that Tenerife get it all wrong when it comes to sailors. Rubicon look like they actively go out of their way to encourage people. How can two neighbouring islands be so different?
