This makes sense to me. I had the 10" Simrad on my old boat and it always looked bigger than the Raytheon units plus the sunview display is miles ahead of the C class Raymarine.
I've just had the CX44 fixed on to my new boat and the processing speed is much faster, almost simultaneous, with the NT+ wide charts. The C-Map Max should be available in the next few days and the PC Planner upgrade to run the C-Map Max charts on the PC is due in April.
The great news is that now I can transfer routes and waypoints from my home PC directly into the memory of the CX44 as, at last, they now speak to each other!
