Nice site, Ken.

I've added a link from the Organisations section.

Ken - I'm intrigued. A Twister displaces nearly 1000 lbs more than a Nich 26! At 4 tons and 26 feet I only reef for show (or to give the spinny a chance). It must take a F7 to get a Twister moving! Seriously, great site, great boat.

Upwind, my boat is sticky under 8kts apparent, but then quickly drops into second and accelerates away until she's flat out (5.2 kts) upwind in about 15kts apparent. First reef goes into mainsail at 18kts apparent and that doesn't slow her down and lets her point a degree or two higher and make a bit less leeway. Indigo only has a 130% genoa, whereas some Twisters have 150%'ers, which I reckon accounts for my lack of light airs oomph.
