Books on clinker built boats

Is there a bible that can be recommended for info,repairs,restoration etc.. small project only I hasten to add.

I have never read it, but John Leather's 'Clinker Boatbuilding' has a very good reputation - here is a link on Amazon :

The Americans say lapstrake instead of clinker - here is another book :

I can recommend John Leather's book too for traditional work. If it is about glued clinker/lapstrake then Iain Oughtred's Clinker plywood Boatbuilding Manual.
