Hi all.After realising it was the boat or the wife...i am thinking of putting our Beneteau 44cc on the market sadley. Would you consider UK or Med best to have her to assist in a sale. Don't mind a last little trip! Thanks for any advice......

I think you should just give her away. I would be more than happy to take her off your hands. Could you PM details please? Is she fast? Can she handle rough weather? What are her vital statistics?

Could be - given that it takes 18 months on average to flog a boat, it'll mean he could probably keep the boat as the other issue would have been sorted

A divorce can take longer than 200 days, my divorce is around 400 days and still counting !.

One thing i will add, is that if you decide to go the divorce route, your (ex) wife will speak to her solicitor and take your boat anyway !, so you loose your boat whichever route you take
