Not clear what "fabric" you refer to - but, if you're talking algae growth, then Patio Magic is a good bet.

What fabric? The cabin cushions, the sailcloth, sail bags, the tent ,The handkerchief that you left in your oilies last year, The undies that you have just found in a gap down behind the heads, The bra that has been lurking between the cushions in the aft berth, the dishcloth, the tea towel that is 10 years old. The apron with the boobs on( Xmas 2009), the wooly hat from behind the cooker ( lost it 5 years ago), the 3 socks in the battery box !! ?
All need a different approach

Depends how long I have been wearing it

For soiled underwear a good soak in seawater works well (also for blood).

I use soap+bleach, as indicated here, it works well. Lots of recipes for all types of stains
