Some of you have reported difficulty in contacting me for help when transiting the canal shorthanded.
If you need assistance and favour the idea of the charges being directed to providing a school lunch to hungry kids in Malawi and elsewhere in Africa, Asia and South America through local charity Mary's Meals ring Joe Kerr on 01546 603799 .
( I have been able to donate at least £1000 each year despite the covid hiatus and with the full resumption of traffic am approaching my second £1000 this year

Joe,
Good for you. We transited east to west at the weekend as part of the Tobermory fleet, we had plenty of helpers but did notice that you are no longer on the canal list of pilots, I cannot recall where we saw the list might have been in the Ardrishaig sealock office. Very happy to contact you if future and to contribute to Mary's Meals.
:)
