Cara marine manufactured pilot boats and a 65ft motor cruiser,although great seakeeping capabilities, the fit and finish and electronics were not the greatest,to my knowledge they never were involved in Cats.
Dont know who bought out their moulds, there were Colvic hulls around there for a while.
Safehaven marine, at the moment their largest craft is about 42ft, with incredible seakeeping abilities - look on their website for some great shots of the irish sea in a grumpy mood.
