when bonding back to the anode should you wire to just one of the bolts or to both, I am bringing six seperate wires to the anode from various fittings advise would be appreciated

Each wires back to the anode can be connected to either bolt on the anode.

Either bolt does - I'd suggest you use a ring, rather than separate wires, with a large cross-section of about 10/12mm.
