Anodes direct, fambridge

Does anyone else use this lot? Am I just very unlucky or are they generally incompetent with every order they deal with?

I've had some heat exchanger anodes from them, but normally use Solent Anodes.

Thanks matt, the prices look similar so will probably give them a go next time, I was kind of hoping for someone to jump in and say how good they normally were but no cigar this time it appears.
It's not the first time I've used them and not the first time it's gone awry so maybe I'll take the hint, 2 out of 2 glitches speak for themselves.

I used them last summer for a Yanmar saildrive anode. Even though the shop was closed for the owner's summer break, I was still able email him and get the part I needed within a couple of days. However, the part was delivered direct from the manufacturer to FYH's marina office.

We find anodes direct ever good and will price match

We have used them with no problems. Sell a lot more than anodes too, just ask.

Very very helpful and pleasant conversations to be had.
And will go out of their way to help you out.

Have used them many times with the owner going out his way to make sure I got the anodes I required. Only ever got great service.
