This is for both of us, and to give us a bit more of an equal footing when we get our boat, plus we do want to hire boats on the waterways in Europe, we were thwarted about a trip we planned last year when we did need an a licence/ICC before they would hire out the boat to us, so this should enable both.Indeed, despite having a higher qualification, I had to do PB2 for the sailing club.
