I think that our MagnaCarter is a closet MoBo man.
We where having a great sail in force 4/5 on a broad reach.
Mean while Neil is motoring! and had done from Ipswich
His excuse was that his mother was on board and she didn't like the boat tipping over.

He did let his genoa out for a while on the run into the Back Waters but it was after the evidence had been collected.
 
I have noticed that you having a few conversations with yourself.
Most satisfying I understand.

It only gets worrying when you start arguing with yourself.
Then you need to take yourself to one side and give yourself a good talking to.
 
I've elected not to bring the argument to this thread for the reason that is found in mobo .
So , back to this thread , and as we are now past the midpoint , there's not turning back ,
so who has actually completed a trip through Biscay , I haven't , but would love to hear from any that have , is it really as bad as I've been told
 
Done it twice. First time was mid-season when the conditions are meant to be perfect; we had to motor the whole way because of the lack of wind. The second was in perfect conditions during the equinox when it is meant to be really, really nasty. You decide?
