Had no major problems with mine, bar it was not comfotable with a sea on the stern quarter, reef early, do not carry a lot of canvas, it does not increase speed. In general it was a nice boat.

No but a point that should have been raised, also reading the service battery volts for alt reg can result in high voltage to engine battery via a blocking diode, all need checking.

This year has been dead, we over look the Penryn river, hardly a boat has passed by to or from the marina, boats have sat on their mooring all summer.

Changing sails is difficult from the cockpit, my boat came with a total of 8 sails, all used while crossing the Atlantic. I'm now running all lines to the cockpit, as I don't plan on that trip. Cost depends a lot on if you buy kit over a few years at the right price, or pay to have it supplied...
Be interesting what the mods are, there were 11circuit outputs from the original switch panel, plus an additional 6 circuits supplied direct from the circuit breaker panel.

You should have a 9 way switch panel + horn, with a seperate 10 way circuit breaker panel by the throttle lever, helm panel see here It is posible that very late boats had a one piece panel in the same place with switches on the top and circuit breakers along the bottom.

Battery condition meter I find interesting, don't remember ever supplying panels with them fitted for the 190, has it been changed, or is it just old age with me.
