Just done a clean up on laptop - cookies etc - do it every so often, means re-entering passwords and everything OK - only thing is this time when trying to get back in here got the "Not secure/unsafe" website warning.

Anbody else had this - is it just a glitch ?

Just a routine certificate update I think, but I don't know nearly enough to venture past a red STOP sign like that!

Yeah just someone forgot to add a reminder (there’s a app for that!) to rekey and upload the cert.

as for the chrome unsafe site warning - it’s not a problem to continue if you know the site and use it regularly and to be honest it doesn’t make much difference these days - even the bad guys have secure sites.

I have had a problem with Force 4 Chandlery site for 2 or 3 weeks where my browser refuses to let me look at their website. Anyone else had this?
I have not found a way to fix it. I even phoned Force 4 about it but no change.

make sure you DON’T type in http:.//… and the site name. Some sites don’t automatically redirect you to the secure one and then you get that “unsafe” message if you force it to use http://. Just leave off any http… and maybe it will work.

Thanks. I just use what it provides on Google. I will try your advice.
